Come celebrate everything Oyster as we transform Ocean Isle Beach into a walking district offering a variety of foods, crafts, contests and musical performances. With the support of our dedicated committee of volunteers, the Town of Ocean Isle, many of our local businesses and the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, the NC Oyster Festival is your destination for fun.

Parking

Parking spaces are limited on the island. A free shuttle service will be provided from designated lots on the mainland before you cross the bridge. The Shuttles will run non stop during festival hours. Please keep in mind during the times of 11:00AM and 1:00PM, we experience high traffic volume onto the island. Please allow extra time as you may have a longer wait time to get onto the shuttles.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The NC Oyster Festival is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. Accessible pathways connect the vendor and entertainment areas. Please note the Food Vendors and Contest Tent are located on a grass area of the festival grounds. A Handicap drop off will also be located at the intersection of Causeway Drive and 2nd Street. The Town of Ocean Isle Police Department will be at the intersection of Causeway and 2nd Street in order to keep traffic moving and allow for patrons to be safely dropped off.

Smoking

We want to thank you in advance for cooperating with our No Smoking Policy within the NC Oyster Festival grounds. This is to include e-cigarettes and vapes.

Re-entry

Same day re-entry is permitted.

ATM

ATMs are located outside the festival grounds at Ocean Isle Creamery. There is no ATM located inside festival grounds.

Pets

Pets are not permitted within the festival grounds. Service Animals are welcomed, please see the ADA Guidelines.

Restrooms

All Portable restrooms will be located on West 2nd Street.

First Aid Station

A First Aid Station will be located within the festival grounds. Emergency personnel will also be accessible.

Lost & Found

For any items that are lost or found, please check with the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce tent, located within the festival grounds.
